Next Working Day Service Details
- Next Working Day - £7.99 Delivery Charge
For products/orders that are available for our express next day delivery upgrade, this service is within mainland UK, and we aim to deliver on the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
Orders must be placed and completed before 11am.
If an item is ordered and paid for before 11am on a Friday with the next day delivery service, then we aim for it to be delivered on the Monday.
If an item is ordered and paid for after 11am on a Friday, or over the weekend with the next day delivery service, then this will be dispatched on the Monday, to be delivered on the Tuesday.
Delivery Areas
For the majority of our products, our standard, basic delivery covers mainland England, Wales, and Scotland.
An additional delivery charge may apply to the following destinations: Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for a customised delivery quote.
How Our Deliveries Are Made (Standard Items)
Delivery of standard products including Christmas trees, lights and decorations are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
How Our Deliveries Are Made (Oversized Items)
Delivery of oversized products such as large display items and life-like figures and statues are delivered via a pallet delivery carrier.
Delivery is made to the nearest curbside only. Pallets are unable to be moved over gravel, grass, or up/down steps, and the delivery driver(s) is unable to move the pallet through a home, or into a garden. They are also unable to unpack your delivery, so please ensure that access outside of your home is clear and an area is prepared prior to delivery.
Any pallet or wooden crate packaging that your item is delivered on/in are non-returnable and are of the customer's responsibility to dispose of. Although, they are ideal to be used as extra free kindling and firewood, or instead repurposed and turned into a raised bed or planters if you are keen on doing a DIY project.
If you believe that access to your property may be a problem please advise within your order notes or contact us before ordering.
Delivery Charges & Returns
In the event of an order being returned due to a change of mind, please note that the original, inclusive, or costed delivery charge, as well as a collection charge, may be chargeable, and deducted from any refund.
