How do I place an order with you?

Ready to complete your order and get our elves on the case of packing and shipping the items in your basket? All orders can be made directly on our secure website, or if you'd prefer, you can us a call on 0121 355 7701 to place an order over the phone.

How can I pay for an order?

For online orders placed on our website we accept the following forms of payment:
All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, PayPal and American Express.

For order placed over the phone, we accept any debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express).

Is it safe shopping online at WorldofChristmas.co.uk?
Yes! We use a combination of features to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, including encrypted webpages, and only using secure, trusted payment providers.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated time for dispatch and delivery can be found for each individual item on the respective product page. However, in general, we deliver most items within 3-5 working days.

Where do you deliver to?

Our standard delivery covers mainland UK, however we can usually deliver to everyone in the UK and Ireland including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands for a small additional surcharge.

My order has arrived but it’s damaged

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name and order number.
  • 1 or 2 clear photos of the damage.
  • The corresponding part numbers/letters that are damaged (please refer back to the instructions).

Once received, our customer care team and elves will work to get replacements sent out to you ASAP.

My order has arrived but I am missing parts

If you are missing parts or whole items from your order, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] with the following information:

Your name and order number. The part numbers/letters that are missing as per the instructions (a copy of these should have been delivered with the order and should also be available on the respective product page online).

Once received, our customer care team and elves will work to get replacements sent out to you ASAP.

I want to return my order

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason why you wish to return your order (if this is due to damage/quality issues, please include 1 or 2 clear photos of this)
  • If the item(s) has been used/assembled
  • If you still have the original packaging/boxes

Once received, a member of our team will reply with the relevant returns policy for your order.

Please note that there may be charges to return certain items, and some products cannot be returned due to them being bespoke/made to order.

Can I come and view a product before purchasing?

We do have a select number of products available and on display at our Christmas shop in the heart of England, which is open to the public during the festive months of October - early January.
